Terms and Conditions for Nicolai’s Subscription

When you subscribe to Nicolai’s Subscription, you gain access to a library of professionally designed Elementor templates. Below are the terms regarding template usage and subscription cancellation.

These terms and conditions apply to subscriptions purchased for Nicolai’s membership portal. By signing up, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Subscription and Payment
   Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled within the specified cancellation period. Payment for the subscription will be processed at the time of signup according to the selected payment terms.

2. Template Ownership:
   Any templates you download during your active subscription are yours to keep forever. You can continue using them on any website, even after canceling your subscription.

3. Access & Updates:
   While your subscription is active, you have unlimited access to all available templates and any future updates.
   Once you cancel, you will lose access to new downloads and any future template updates.

4. Discount code
   By signing up with any discount code that offers a free trial period, you will gain access to the membership portal at no cost for a limited time. If you choose to cancel your membership during this free trial period, your access to the membership portal will end immediately. Since no payment has been made, you will not retain access to the paid services after cancellation.

5. Subscription Cancellation
   You may cancel your subscription at any time. This can be done directly from your Lemon Squeezy account or by emailing support@nicolaipalmkvist.com.

6. Refund Policy
   Please note that once you access or download any template from the membership portal, you are no longer eligible for a refund. By purchasing, you agree that this is a digital product, and immediate access is granted upon payment. Because the templates can be fully downloaded and used right away, refunds are not possible after access is given.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
   We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions. Changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to stay informed about these updates.

9. Required Software
   All Elementor templates are built so you don’t need any extra plugins besides Elementor. That’s our core principle, since I personally hate external plugins that slow down your website. However, most templates do require Elementor Pro. Only a few of them still work with the free version of Elementor.

10. Reselling and Redistribution
    You are welcome to use the templates to build websites for your clients – even in paid projects.However, you are not allowed to resell, redistribute, or share the templates themselves as standalone files, whether for free or for sale.
